Simple Scrambled Eggs

 SCRAMBLED EGGS
  • 4 to 6 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tb. butter or Avocado or oil of choice
  • *Optional heat resistant spatula
Beat the eggs, then add to them the milk and salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the eggs to the pan. As the eggs begin to thicken, stir them lightly with the spatula. Continue to cook until the eggs are firm and fully cooked. Remove from heat and serve hot.
